Restoration Farm is 77 acres of woods, pasture and gardens in Northern Indiana. Currently there are three families of human inhabitants. Other domesticated animals consist of four dogs, thirty-six head of cattle, assorted poultry, three cats, a rabbit, and a parrot.
The wild inhabitants include deer, predominantly beech-maple woods, mixed grasses and clover, coyotes, groundhogs, flowers, possums, raccoons, ducks, frogs, turtles, countless insects, and exponentially countless more soil microbes.
We are here to experience the diversity of all our resident species, and to build soil carbon for a more vibrant and fertile home.
